After your 15 minute discovery call, you'll book a 90 minute initial consult which will take place via video chat. This allows us to discuss your history, goals, and any symptoms you may have. We’ll then perform a thorough screening to rule out red flags and ensure you're appropriate for this type of remote care. If so, we will discuss expectations and an appropriate duration for our time together.

After we’ve had the opportunity to chat about your concerns, I will sit down and create a program tailored to your specific needs and goals. You will receive an onboarding e-mail and your new programming will be delivered through a training app.
