After your free discovery call, you'll book a 60-90 minute initial evaluation which will take place via video chat. This allows us to discuss your history, goals, and any symptoms you may have. We’ll then perform a thorough screening to rule out red flags and ensure you're appropriate for this type of remote care. If so, we will discuss expectations and onboarding.

After we’ve had the opportunity to chat about your concerns, I will sit down and create a program tailored to your specific needs and goals. You will receive an onboarding e-mail and your new programming will be delivered through a training app typically within 24-48 hours!

As you begin working through your program, your access to direct message support and video check-in calls means that you can continually ask questions, submit videos for review, report any new changes or difficulties. Unrivaled support in your pocket!
